As part of our initial planning phase, QLD Building liaises meaningfully with clients to obtain project requirements and vision, and develop those instructions into a project brief. This project brief is designed to effectively capture the client’s instructions, evaluate project feasibility, and provide the basis for initial plans and design documents.
